Day 1
Airport/ Negombo
Arrival at the Bandaranaike International Airport. You will be met and assisted by an
Airport Representative of Zeylan Travels & Tours and transferred to Negombo. Check into
your hotel and stay at leisure for the rest of the day.

Day 2
Negombo/ Pinnawela/ Kandy

After an early breakfast you will drive to Pinnawela to visit the Elephant Orphanage. The
milk feeding is an important and eye-catching event taking place daily. Also it is home to
one of the most successful stories of natural elephant breeding in the captive condition. On
completion of visit you will transfer to Kandy and check-in to your hotel for refresh. In the evening view the fascinating Kandy Esala Perahara which is one of the best in Asia. It will be late at the night to complete the pageant and you could return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3
Kandy/ Peradeniya/ Kandy

Breakfast and stay at leisure in the morning. In the afternoon you could experience the glimpse of Kandy city and then proceed to Peradeniya to visit the Royal Botanical Garden, the finest of its kind in Asia, the largest of the botanical gardens of Sri Lanka, couldn’t be better located. On completion of the visit return to your hotel and overnight stay.

Day 4
Kandy/ Matale/ Sigiriya

After breakfast continue your journey to Sigiriya via Matale. En route visit a spice garden in Matale. Sri Lanka is world renowned for its valued spices and healing herbs. Their lush spice and herbal gardens feature many important herbs. Then proceed your tour to Sigiriya and check into the hotel for refresh. Around 14:00hrs your safari jeep will arrive at the hotel to take you to witness one of the seasonal phenomenon called “The Elephant Gathering”. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.

Day 5
Sigiriya/ Dambulla/ Sigiriya

After an early breakfast visit and climb the Sigiriya Rock Fortress which is one of world’s best heritage site to visit declared by UNESCO. Then proceed to visit the largest and best-preserved cave temple complex in Sri Lanka called Dambulla Rock Cave Temple. On completion of visit return to hotel for refresh and overnight stay.

Day 6
Sigiriya/ Colombo

Breakfast and stay at leisure in the morning. Then you will drive to Colombo. Engage in a sightseeing tour of Colombo city. You will experience a busy and vibrant city with a mixture of modern life and colonial buildings and ruins. Due to its large harbor and its strategic position along the East-West sea trade routes, Colombo was known to ancient traders long years ago. The main city is home to a majority of Sri Lanka’s corporate offices, restaurants and entertainment venues. Famous landmarks in Colombo include the Galle Face Green, the Viharamahadevi Park, Bandaranayake Memorable International Conference Hall (BMICH), Independence Square, Fort area, and Pettah. On completion of the sightseeing tour you could check-in to your hotel for overnight stay.

Colombo/ Departure
